In today's business climate, every dollar invested in membership fees must be carefully weighed. We at the Southern California Marketing Director's Association understand the demands of strategic budgeting, and each of us has decided on SCMDA as a good investment.

SCMDA has two categories of membership (see bottom of this page for description of categories):
 
1.  Regular/Affiliate membership.

SCMDA offers:

l Monthly programs in rotating locations that are educational and informative, as well as fun.

Membership is carefully screened to assure a balance between vendors and marketing directors.

Special, new, joint programs with the International Council of Shopping Centers.

1. REGULAR/AFFILIATE MEMBER

  REGULAR MEMBER:
Regular Membership is limited to shopping centers who may designate their Marketing Director to exercise their membership privileges; and/or to an individual, active Marketing Director who is currently employed in the shopping center industry; and/or to an Assistant Marketing Director.
  AFFILIATE MEMBER: 
Affiliate Membership may be held by shopping center Managers and/or corporate, regional or other Marketing Directors whose duties no longer entail daily on-site marketing involvement.
2. ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Associate Membership may be held by a corporation, partnership or individual in a trade, profession or industry presently allied to the shopping center marketing field. Each Associate Member shall designate one person to exercise the privileges accorded  Associate Member.
